Media evolves so rapidly that one generation seems to be unable to keep up with the media of the next generation. With Movies for Cyborgs, we anticipate that shift by combining 2 films frame by frame, allowing the viewer to watch David Lynch’s Fire Walk With Me, and Andrzej Zulawski’s Possession simultaneously. The viewer might be inclined to examine the use of gendered violence in art-house cinema.
